8/30/23 UPDATE:  The Family Health Centers is seeing a rapid increase in COVID-19 cases in the community and in our offices

  • For the safety of our patients, providers, and staff, we once again REQUIRE that you wear a mask throughout every visit to our facilities. We will provide you, and anyone who attends your appointment, with a mask if you do not have one.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
  • Please self-screen prior to entering our facilities. A patient should not enter our facilities if a fever is present, if experiencing respiratory symptoms or allergy symptoms including runny nose, nasal/sinus congestion, ear pain, cough or watery or itchy eye or if positive for flu or COVID-19.
  • If you feel you need to be seen by a provider, please call (828) 258-8681. We will direct you to the appropriate office location, or, we may recommend a Telehealth visit.
  • If you have symptoms, including fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, muscle pain, new loss of taste or smell, vomiting or diarrhea, and/or sore throat, we will, in most cases. ask you to visit our drive-up Respiratory Clinic to be safely tested for tested for illness.
