It’s a virtual visit conducted with a provider over the telephone from a safe location of your choice. Telehealth supports the recommended social distancing that could help limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Please call (828) 258-8681, option 1, to request a Telehealth appointment.
A provider will contact you at the designated telephone number at the scheduled appointment time. Your co-pay and deductible will apply and will be billed at a later date.
