Whole Wheat Pita Chips

Ingredients:

  • 4 (8 inch) whole wheat pita breads, split open around perimeter and cut into 6 wedges
  • Olive oil spray
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Adjust oven racks to upper-middle and lower middle position and heat to 350 degrees.
  2. Spread pita wedges, smooth side down over 2 rimmed baking sheets. Spray the top of each wedge with oil and sprinkle with salt.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Bake until beginning to crisp and brown lightly (about 8-10 min).
  2. Flip chips so smooth side is up and continue to bake until fully toasted 8-10 min longer.
  3. Remove baking sheets and let cool before serving.
