Ingredients:
- 1-2 lbs of skinless chicken tenders
- Montreal chicken seasoning
- Garlic powder
- Season salt–only use on one side of meat
- 1/2- 1 cup of Zesty Italian dressing
- Butter
- Zucchini
- Squash
- Mushrooms, if you like them.
- 1/2 cup of water
Preparation Instructions:
- Season both sides of chicken tenders with seasons above and Italian dressing.
- In separate bowel season chopped veggies with garlic powder & Italian dressing.
- Melt butter in pan on medium heat. Add seasoned chicken to pan and cook until done.
- Add veggie mix to pan and 1/2 cup of water.
Cooking Instructions:
- Cook for about 10 more minutes on medium heat stirring occasionally.
- Turn down and let simmer on low heat until veggies are to desired tenderness.
- Dinner usually done in about an hour.
