Easy One-Pan Chicken Meal

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 lbs of skinless chicken tenders
  • Montreal chicken seasoning
  • Garlic powder
  • Season salt–only use on one side of meat
  • 1/2- 1 cup of Zesty Italian dressing
  • Butter
  • Zucchini
  • Squash
  • Mushrooms, if you like them.
  • 1/2 cup of water

Preparation Instructions:

  • Season both sides of chicken tenders with seasons above and Italian dressing.
  • In separate bowel season chopped veggies with garlic powder & Italian dressing.
  • Melt butter in pan on medium heat. Add seasoned chicken to pan and cook until done.
  • Add veggie mix to pan and 1/2 cup of water.

Cooking Instructions:

  • Cook for about 10 more minutes on medium heat stirring occasionally.
  • Turn down and let simmer on low heat until veggies are to desired tenderness.
  • Dinner usually done in about an hour.
