How to request Medical Records

The Family Health Centers of Asheville, Arden & Hominy Valley partners with MediCopy to fulfill the release of information requests. MediCopy is fully HIPAA compliant and adheres to all state and federal regulations concerning the release of medical information.

Patients: To request your medical records please visit https://www.medicopy.net/patients. Please provide an email address on the authorization to expedite the process and delivery method. Records sent via email, or to another provider’s office, are complimentary. Requests are processed within (2) business days following receipt by MediCopy.
