How to request Medical Records
The FollowMyHealth Patient Portal consolidates many common health maintenance tasks into one secure, easy-to-use online patient portal. It gives patients access to most of their medical records via desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone 24 hours a day. Patients can print, fax, or email from their portal. Some medical records may only be available through our medical records company, MediCopy.
We now offer Telehealth service:
It’s a virtual visit conducted with a provider over the telephone from a safe location of your choice. Telehealth supports the recommended social distancing that could help limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Please call (828) 258-8681, option 1, to request a Telehealth appointment.
A provider will contact you at the designated telephone number at the scheduled appointment time. Your co-pay and deductible will apply and will be billed at a later date.

Downtown, Arden & Hominy Valley:
8:00 AM – 11:30 AM, 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM
No lab testing on Saturdays.
AFTER HOURS – FOR ESTABLISHED PATIENTS
