Allie Fay graduated with her Doctorate in Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University Raabe College of Pharmacy in Ada, OH in 2016. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency with UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy and Community Care of North Carolina in 2017, and then went on to complete her PGY2 Ambulatory Care & Academia Residency with MAHEC and UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy in 2018. Dr. Fay works with our physicians to help patients manage chronic conditions and optimize medication regimens. Her other practice interests include preventative care and population health,
