Convenient primary care for the whole family

The Family Health Centers provides complete primary care for children, from babies to toddlers to teens. Family members can often schedule their appointments back-to-back, so care can be accessed in one trip.

We offer a range of primary care services for kids:

  • Children’s health care and well-child visits, including:
    • Developmental screenings
    • Immunizations
    • Parental guidance to help meet growth milestones.
  • School, Sports and Camp Physical Exams
  • Care for chronic diseases and conditions, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, mental health, and other long-term conditions.
