The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), a private, non-profit organization dedicated to improving health care quality, has recognized the Family Health Centers of Asheville, Arden, and Hominy Valley for their achievements in meeting quality standards and excellence in patient care. The four areas of recognition are - Patient Centered Medical Home, Heart/Stroke Care, Diabetes Care, Physician Practice Connections.

Here at the Family Health Centers, we promote a patient and family-centered approach to all aspects of the care we give. As your "Medical Home", we focus on team-based, coordinated, quality care with respect and compassion.
